Peter Paul Rubens(1577-1640) is a master of the Baroque.

 

1577 Rubens was born in Siegen, Westphalia.

 

 

Place of birth Siegen.

 

Compared to other European cities, Siegen doesn't have as many famous tourist attractions, but its historical significance as the birthplace of Peter Paul Rubens and its charming blend of history and modernity make it an interesting destination for travelers interested in art, culture and local German experiences. .
