By practicing this for just one to three months, one can visually confirm that their blood glucose and blood pressure have returned to normal levels.

 

The key to good health is the amount of carbohydrate intake.

 

This is my own health management tip.

 

I maintain an empty stomach state by combining intermittent fasting with one or two meals a day.

 

For the first year, I intermittently had two meals a day before making it a habit.

 

After meals, I take vitamins.

Vitamin C: Four times a day with a six-hour interval, totaling 4000-10000mg.

Vitamin D: 2000-4000IU per day.

Zinc: 10mg per day.

Arginine: 3000-6000mg per day.

Whey protein isolate: 30g per day.

 

I exercise my brain through work and reading.

 

I strengthen my muscles and make my heart beat.

 

The daily protein intake is weight×0.8-1.2g.

Plant-based protein: 300g of tofu(25g), thawed twice from frozen(50g).

Animal-based protein: 100g of fish or meat(20g).

 

I eat fiber, protein, and carbohydrates in that order, with a focus on consuming fewer carbohydrates which make up 40% of my total calorie intake.

 

Calories are consumed in the order of carbohydrates, muscle, and fat.

 

Vascular fat is burned only after at least 12-13 hours of an empty stomach state.

 

Losing visceral fat is more important than losing weight.

 

1kg of fat contains 9,800 kcal.

 

Sources of essential amino acids and fatty acids include: duck, chicken(breast), eggs, pork(tenderloin, loin), beef(tenderloin).

Vegetables: leaves, flowers, stems, fruits, seeds (corn-high in carbohydrates).

Roots(carrots-medium in carbohydrates), tubers, and root crops (sweet potatoes, kabocha squash, potatoes-high in carbohydrates).

 

Fruits: grapes (glucose + fructose), bananas (high in calories).
